A Life of GO OUT and COME IN - From the beginning to the end

Our life is enriched by abundant of uncertainties. When the uncertainty is what we want, we call it as "surprise"; when the uncertainty is what we do not want, we call it as "accident". We always have no idea about what will happen at the next second in our life. Yet, we are always curious about it and lots of us always crazy about supernatural ability. As a result, we still have little idea about our life.

In fact, our life is just an iteratively "Go out and Come in" process, from the beginning to the end of our life. In the very first moment we reach this amazing yet risky world, we are actually "Go Out" from the body from our mum. After that, the journey of "Go out and Come in" begins:

We "come in" to the school to learn knowledge, then "go out" from school with knowledge.
Everyday, we "come in" to the bedroom for rest, then "go out" for work with "full energy".
We "come in" to workplace for work, then "go out" with "salary".
We continuously "come in" and "go out" until finally we "come in" to a coffin to end our life.

This is our life. A very simple life. Mathematically, "come in" plus "go out" should equal to zero. It totally fulfils the part of the Buddhist philosophy about our life. Although the result of our whole life is "zero" physically, the law of conservation of energy tells us another part of the story, that is, energy cannot be created or destroyed, but can be transformed to other.

Yes, it is a big difference between each person in this world. Some of us have a very strong "Will Energy" that makes he or she become "Green Lantern" to make our world better place to live. Of course, their physical body will be "Zero" at the end of life. However, the accumulated energy throughout this "Come In & Go Out" process in their life will not be destroyed. The examples of this energy are Knowledge, Wisdom, and Influence.

The question is -  if the energy cannot be created and destroyed, then where the energy comes from? The energy are everywhere in this world.

A metaphor or visible example of energy is Water. Do we really consume water? No, the water is simply temporary "Come in" to our body, and then the water will "Go out" from our body few hours later.

Even we boil water; the water will "Come in" to the air as steam, then "Go out" from the state of steam to become water again. In other words, we never ever destroy water.

Although energy cannot be destroyed, just like water and air, energy can be polluted. The insight about polluted energy and possible solutions will be discussed in the next article. That's all for today. More fascinating articles and sharing will be updated from time to time in Xaivier Blog.
