Common Mistakes: " Instead of " Vs "Insteads of"

Based on the Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English in previous post, we understand that we only use "in terms of" in either plural or singular fact or event instead of "in term of". The latter does not applicable in any sentence.

Again, according to this dictionary, I realize that "insteads of " is also invalid in any sentence. In other words, we only use "instead of".

Although some people may argue that we should use "insteads of" for plural cases, "insteads of" simply do not exist in the dictionary.

To sum up, only "instead of" and "in terms of" exist in this dictionary and we should only use them instead of others. That's all for today.
