First of all, go to
Start
Control Panel
Regional And Language Options
Advanced
Next, in the "Advanced" window, select any kind of Chinese language, e.g. Chinese (PRC), in the Language for non-Unicode Programs box as shown below.
Last but not least, don't forget to restart / reboot your computer so the setting of your system can be updated.
Now, your PPStream should be able to display understandable language.
That's all for today. More fascinating articles and sharing will be updated from time to time in Xaivier Blog. Therefore, you are welcome to subscribe our feed, look at our sitemap or simply visit our Homepage.

Note:
1. You may required to try other type of Chinese language setting, such as Chinese (Singapure) etc, if the PPStream cannot launch as normal. Besides that, you need to reboot or restart your computer after changing the setting.
2. In order to display Chinese language at PPStream in your Windows Xp, you may required to install a Chinese language in your windows. In this case, Windows installer or CD is required to upgrade it. However, you should try the above procedure first since the language driver may be installed in your Windows Xp already.
3. For Windows 7 users, please visit our new post here.

Yes, you do need a Windows language driver if you haven't installed it before.
You can find it from your Windows Xp installation CD/DVD.
For all visitors,
Yes, you do need a Windows language driver if you haven't installed it before.
You can find it from your Windows Xp installation CD/DVD. Otherwise, you can just borrow it from your friends, and then follow the instruction of the Windows to install the driver.
Normally, you just need to change the directory to [cd/dvd:]I386/lang, then Windows will do the rest.
Best wishes.
